Breakfast had many gluten-free options, and the cozy rooms had great mountain views. the location was perfect for nature lovers, with plenty of activities nearby, and there was a supermarket and cable car close by. the atmosphere was calm and relaxing, perfect for adults on a getaway.

The service in one restaurant was unprofessional and slow, with orders taking a long time to arrive, and sometimes being forgotten. Some of the rooms were outdated, and a few windows were covered in bird poop, causing an unpleasant smell and making it uncomfortable to open them.

We expected a beautiful location, but we were pleasantly surprised by the breathtaking view from the spacious restaurant with panoramic views. the room was comfortable and had a stunning view of the mountains. the bathroom was well-maintained and modern. the breakfast buffet offered a variety of options, and the staff was very attentive and friendly.

The lack of parking available , which made it difficult for us to find a spot for our car.

The waiting time while eating at the Allacart Resturant for the orders was very long.

Wait at the restaurant during dinner. All employees completely overloaded and overstrained. . No apology or a small gift at the expense of the house to calm down ..etc.

Hot water was not hot enough. Breakfast buffet ok but not exceptional. Slow check out - hotel needed more staff to handle the busy sunday morning period.

Great location and friendly service. The hotel was in a central location, close to many attractions and restaurants. The reception staff were welcoming and always willing to assist with any questions. The hotel had a ski room, which was convenient for storing equipment. the wellness area was a relaxing spot to unwind after a day of exploring.

Limited restaurant options and slow service. The smaller restaurant had slow and unprofessional service, which detracted from the dining experience.
